269     words Nix couldn't sleep and it showed upon the young girl's face. She had written someone a note and she had gotten a letter back from her older sister. People keeps saying that she had her father's hair but her mother's face shape and someone's eye color. She just wasn't sure which one right now. And she guesses it shouldn't matter. She has both of her parents alive and that's all that matters. But tonight was a stormy night and she didn't like it and she couldn't sleep because of it. She got up from her bed and put on slippers and her bathrobe and went off to the kitchens. She didn't care who saw her in her pajamas or robes. It was in the middle of the night for crying out-loud. Upon arriving to the kitchens Nix ha tickled the pear and it turned into an handle. Once inside the house elves swarmed around her. "Hey you guys can I please have a cup of warm milk and a Better Cheese bagel warmed up please? Oh and a cup of tea for my sister once she shows up please?" She asked them as she saw one of the house elves bowed so low that it's nose had touched the ground. "Of course Mistress Potter. Anything for the daughter of the chosen one." She heard one respond to her. She let out a smile at that thought. But she was getting tired of people expecting great things from her. So what if she's the daughter of the boy who lived. Lily slip into in a cozy sweat suit outfit and comb out her hair and up it up in a tight ponytail. then she put on her soft cozy lion slippers which they roar when she walked so she quick quietly spell to make them not roar when she walked. Lily sneak out the dormitory and then she walk across the common room. At this point she wish her little sister got sorted into Gryffindor's House instead of Hufflepuff House. Once Lily was out of Gryffindor's House she made her way to the dungeons.

She was shock she didn't bump in a Prefect or a Professor who walked the halls and corridors. Lily said the password and slip into kitchen. Lily was not surprised that Phoenix was already there She had a shorter time to get to the kitchen then Lily had. "Hello Nixie" as Lily sat down across the table from Phoenix. Few seconds after she sat down a house-elf sat a cup of tea in front of her. Lily thank the House-elf and took a slip of the hot lemmon tea. Then she looked at her sister.

279     words Nix sat there for a moment and then smiled when her bagel warmed up came along. "Oh thank you it looks so delicious you guys." She said beaming with a smile upon her face. Soon enough her sister walked though the door. She thought about giving her an hard time. But decided not too since she had to walk down many flights of stairs. "Hey Lils. How's it going to night. I didn't know what you would want to snack on but I knew what you would probably would want to drink." She said as the tea showed up. "I decided on warm milk with this delicious bagel." She said pointing to each one with a smile upon her face. Why is it during a storm it flashed light and it made roaring noises but a glass of warm milk and a warm bagel just brings a smile upon a face? She had no idea why but it did. "So why does storms keeps some people up?" She asked her sister. She wasn't afraid of them anymore she just couldn't sleep through one and that was it. And she didn't like it. It just meant that she was going to be tired and restless the next day. And she didn't like it one bit. She took a bite of her bagel and closed her eyes as she tasted the cheese on her tongue. It felt like it was melting just on her tongue. "Mmmm you should take a piece of my bagel it's delicious. It's better then any other bagel I've ever had." She said with a big smile. Lily smiled. "Someone told me it is ex-family members trying to talk to us from the dead." Then she took another slip of her nice cup of tea. Lily looked at her sister good looking bagel, She was hoping that her would asked to have some of the bagel. Lily each across the table and break a piece of the bagel. Then she took a bit of it.

Phoenix was right the bagel was really good. Maybe even better their mother's when she made homemade bagel when they were home. "God you are right this is really good Phoenix." Then she took another slip of her lemon tea. "So how is school so far this year for you Nix?" Then Lily took another bit of her piece of bagel she took from Phoenix.
